OSS Engineer

You will be responsible for providing technical support on client sites, demonstrating a strong knowledge of IT solutions such as workstations, servers, LAN, Windows OS, Windows Server/AD, Microsoft Office applications (O365), network devices (Cisco and HP), and network topology (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS). Moreover, you should have experience managing mobile devices, printer support, and working in an ITIL environment. A basic understanding of first-level application support is also required. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, as well as a local language proficiency at grade level C1. You will collaborate with a global team and utilize IT service management processes effectively. Prioritizing tasks, working under pressure, and demonstrating problem-solving capabilities are key aspects of this role. A willingness to travel up to 20% of your working time is expected. Additionally, a positive attitude, trustworthiness, adaptability to frequent changes, and effective time management are essential qualities for this position. Strong business acumen, experience in technological domains like Servers & Storage, Communication Technology, and Managed Desktop Services, and completion of ITIL V3 or V4 certifications are advantageous. Experience in project work, IT operations for Factory and Office environments, and familiarity with Service Snow are desirable secondary skills for this role.
