OSS Engineer

As an OSS Engineer, you will utilize your technical knowledge of IT solutions including workstations, servers, and LAN systems. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver IT support on client sites, focusing on Windows OS, Windows Server/AD, and Microsoft Office applications (O365). It is essential to have a basic understanding of network devices such as Cisco and HP, along with network topology including TCP/IP, DNS, and WINS. Experience in managing mobile devices, providing printer support, and working in an ITIL environment is crucial. Additionally, having a foundational understanding of first-level application support and maintaining a strong customer service mindset is necessary. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct support operations with a global team and tools on a day-to-day basis - Effectively manage and prioritize tasks, especially when working under pressure - Employ problem-solving capabilities to resolve IT issues efficiently - Collaborate with various technological domains such as Servers & Storage, Communication Technology, and Managed Desktop Services - Engage in projects and IT operations for both factory and office environments Qualifications Required: - Possess a good understanding of IT Service Management processes and practices - Display a positive and productive attitude towards work - Ability to inspire trust in colleagues and stakeholders - Strong business understanding and proficient time management skills - Completion of certifications in ITIL V3 or V4 is advantageous - Proficiency in using Service Snow for IT operations If you have any questions, feel free to ask.,
