Job Description

We are looking for a skilled ORMB Developer with 5 to 8 years of experience in delivering Oracle ORMB, PSRM, or ETPM products for the public sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in software engineering and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, develop, and implement Oracle Revenue Management and Billing solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for customizations of ORMB/PSRM functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data migration, conversion, and batch processes.
Create technical specification documents for customizations of ORMB/PSRM functionality.
Work effectively in a team environment spanning multiple locations.

Job Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in delivering Oracle ORMB, PSRM, or ETPM products for the public sector.
Strong understanding of data migration dependencies and experience working with functional teams and technical developers.
Experience as a Technical Lead on at least 3 ORMB/PSRM implementation projects.
Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Hibernate, JMS, LDAP, Spring Application framework, XML, Web Services, PL/SQL, JavaScript, and Github.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in customer-facing roles.
Ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines and be adaptable and resourceful.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, technology, or an equivalent.
Oracle certification in OUAF is preferred.
