                                As an Organization Change Management (OCM) Senior Consultant at Epergne Solutions, you will play a crucial role in helping clients deliver change management interventions to support the implementation and adoption of technology and digital transformation programs. Your responsibilities will include:  - Working as an effective change management consultant, either independently or leading a team, to assist clients in large-scale transformation journeys - Handling all stages of the change management lifecycle, such as change strategy, planning, communication, stakeholder management, impact assessment, readiness planning, and training - Managing and motivating client stakeholders and team members to create momentum and a high-performance culture - Developing thought leadership to drive market points of view and contribute to business development through RFP/RFI responses and offer development - Participating in practice building activities to enhance the change management community's capability and practitioners  We are looking for professionals who are smart, self-driven, highly focused, and self-motivated with top-notch communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and experience in making a positive difference in strategic or tactical transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have:  - Over 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing change management solutions across multiple technology-enabled programs - Experience in a global delivery model, preferably supporting programs in Europe or North America - Proficiency in change management areas such as Change Strategy, Communication management, Business Readiness, Organizational Design, and Training - Outstanding communication, presentation, client service, and networking skills - Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Project-related mobility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally - Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior stakeholders and facilitate discussions - Familiarity with Agile and Change Management (OCM) methods, approaches, and deliverables  Where we are hiring: Pan India, preferably in Chennai, Delhi, Pune, Bangalore, Indore, Gurgaon, Bhubaneshwar, Chandigarh, and Hyderabad.
