Your role will involve collaborating with real estate business teams to understand their needs and translate them into SAP requirements. You will analyze current processes, map business requirements to SAP MM functionalities, and design solutions for SAP Real Estate Management. Additionally, you will support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Process Analysis & Documentation a) Collaborate with real estate business teams to understand and translate business needs into SAP requirements. b) Analyze current processes and define solutions using SAP. c) Map business requirements to SAP MM functionalities. 2. SAP Functional Design (Real Estate Focus) a) Gather and document functional requirements for SAP Real Estate Management. b) Design SAP configurations related to real estate projects and work with technical teams for necessary components. 3. Project Implementation & Testing a) Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts. b) Prepare test cases, coordinate testing, and participate in data migration and validation. 4. Reporting & Compliance a) Ensure SAP solution aligns with regulatory compliance. 5. Change Management & Training a) Develop training materials tailored to real estate roles. b) Conduct training and prepare SOPs for real estate operations using SAP. c) Assist in end-user adoption and issue resolution post go-live. 6. Continuous Improvement & Support a) Act as an SAP subject matter expert for ongoing support. b) Optimize SAP MM usage and identify automation opportunities. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or MBA degree in Operations or IT. - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP with 5-8 years of overall SAP experience. - Hands-on experience or strong knowledge of SAP MM. - Familiarity with RERA and SAP S/4HANA. - Domain experience in real estate development or property management. - Proficiency in tools like MS Visio and ARIS for process mapping.
