Job Description

Coordinate with all departments and follow up on projects.
Build and maintain good relationships with site supervisors, sales teams, and designers.
Ensure timely submission of invoices.
Maintain error-free project execution.
Follow up to provide quality services within assigned timelines.
Prepare required drawings.
Achieve project TAT (Turnaround Time).
Complete tasks assigned by the Manager/Team Lead.
May be responsible for direction, analysis, and report preparation.
Record site-related guidance from salespersons/dealers and submit it to the Reporting Manager.
Possess basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, business management, and inventory software).
Excel in a deadline-driven environment, including working overtime during company booking and revenue closing periods.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
Set up and maintain a clean, well-organized work area.
Prepare product quotes with applicable company discounts.
Apply knowledge of product planning, product lead time, post-processing lead time, and project management principles to prepare draft order commit milestone schedules and/or promise dates.
Ensure orders are scheduled by operations in a timely manner and coordinate Order Commit development with the team.
Recognize and interpret operational trends, providing smart recommendations to site leadership.
Submit invoices and follow up on payments.
Communicate with partners, dealers, designers, and engagement managers regarding order status and provide timely updates.
Handle problem-solving, escalations, and quick decision-making.
