· Ensuring timely processing and execution of Orders received
· Co-ordinating with production, Field Sales and Internal teams to ensure orders are cleared and timely executed
· Collecting advances and payments against Proforma Invoices
· Preparing Dispatch documents such as invoice, challan, e-way bill etc
· Preparing documents as per customer requirements.
· Co-ordinating with customers for Inspection and dispatch clearances
· Using the ERP system on a regular basis
