Role Overview: You will be responsible for overseeing the order management process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders. Your role will involve continuous improvement of order management processes, coordination with internal functional groups, problem-solving, and managing the entire order to cash process to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the order management process to ensure timely and accurate order processing - Work with the team/customers to improve and automate order management processes for enhanced efficiency and accuracy - Coordinate with internal functional groups to ensure seamless order processing and on-time delivery - Handle any issues that may arise during the order/delivery process or post-delivery issues - Manage the entire order to cash process, including handling debit, credit, and RMA - Act with the customer in mind to fulfill and resolve customer issues/concerns without compromising company interests Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or higher - 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing company - Experience with process automation - Excellent coordination and communication skills - Ability to manage the order to cash process - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure - Strong customer service skills - Ability to adapt to changes - Hands-on experience with SAP SD Module preferred - Proficiency in MS Office preferred Additional Details: Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is a Fortune 1,000 Company listed on the NYSE (VSH).
