Job Description:

The opportunity:
Support the Project Management department in the execution of Standard Material spares and Service orders for German & Global Market.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Support the execution of Standard Spares and other HV service orders, mainly for the German market

  • Processing of orders as per the standard process workflow.

  • Ensure sales orders keyed in SAP and order acknowledgements sent to customer in timely manner.

  • Clarification of open technical points and ensure orders processed on time for execution.

  • Full accountability in managing the orders and customers related to the orders.

  • Collaborate with key stake holders to fulfil the orders from customers and meet the Service unit expectations in terms of Cost, Revenue and Quality.

  • Manage export controls, identify and mitigate risks for the orders executed.

  • Close coordination with SCM & Planning for prioritizing the orders.

  • Resolve conflicts proactively and if needed escalate, seek help from Team lead or Management to ensure progress is on track.

  • Adhere to the Order management processes in the organization. Ensure implementation and compliance of OHS group guidelines.

  • Ensure Hitachi Energy integrity guidelines are followed in the team. Ensure IS security policy followed in the team. Acts as role model for the team.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Graduate in Electrical Engineering with minimum 4 - 5 years relevant experience in Order / Project Management.

  • Excellent skills in Speaking, Reading and writing English language, German Basic language is added advantage.

  • Experience working with Order management related tools and processes.

  • Hand on experience of working with SAP SD/ PS module.

  • Very good knowledge & experience working with MS office tools.

  • Should possess strong communications & negotiation skills to convince customers stakeholders

  • Ability to work under pressure to manage customer expectations.

  • Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
