Order Management Associate

Calix is searching for a passionate and highly motivated individual to join the Order Management team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills to process international orders. This includes complex orders, RMA requests, Trials and resolve issues reported from Calix Customers using SalesForce.com and Oracle. On a daily basis, you will interface with Customers, work very closely with different business partner teams such as Customer Operations, Sales, Accounting, and Operations to expedite orders, resolve order and RMA issues and field customer and sales inquiries. A successful candidate will be a self-reliant, conscientious problem solver with excellent attention to detail and a great collaborator.

Qualifications:

• Experience processing the sale order entry of customer purchase orders in an ERP system (e.g. Oracle, SAP, NetSuite or similar)
• Possess understanding of basic order transaction requirements around hardware, service, SaaS, software products, subscriptions, credit returns
• Ability to move quickly thorough numerous order entry steps with accuracy while paying close attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work within a fast-paced team environment, and respond to new orders or change orders quickly
• Investigate and resolve order related discrepancies
• Flexibility to be available for extended hours and occasional weekend work during end of quarter and other high-volume periods
• Comfortable collaborating with various departments and thoroughly dissecting OM requests to determine the appropriate action that needs to be taken
• Prior experience with SalesForce.com or similar CRM platforms
• Proficient in basic Excel, Word, MS Outlook, and Windows functions
• Assist in special projects that may arise
• Identify recurring Order Management issues and make them known
• Participate in team discussions and contribute suggestions to improve processes, business practices, and tools
• Sense of humor is essential
