Role & responsibilities 1. Inventory Management & Organization Maintain stock in an organized, systematic manner Ensure every item is easily accessible and properly labeled Regularly update inventory recordsstock in / stock out Identify low-stock items and report timely for replenishment 2. Order Processing & Fulfillment Pick each item carefully from inventory based on order details Ensure correct size, color & product accuracy before packing Pack each order neatly and systematically as per OM Poshak standards Prepare parcels for courier pickup and maintain daily dispatch logs 3. Quality Assurance Ensure all products are clean, defect-free, and well-presented Maintain the sanctity and cleanliness of the workspace, especially around products meant for Thakurjis seva 4. Coordination & Communication Coordinate with the founder/manager for daily task updates Communicate order requirements clearly and resolve any internal confusion Maintain timelines and ensure smooth order flow every day Preferred candidate profile Experience in e-commerce, inventory handling, or order packing will be strongly preferred Must be organized, responsible, and detail-oriented A devotional mindset, someone who loves Thakurji and understands the importance of seva & purity Comfortable managing daily operational tasks with sincerity Should be a quick learner and willing to grow with the brand Preferably someone from Mathura / Vrindavan or nearby areas
