Order Capture: o Accurate entry of orders into systems and processing all order workflows from order to access and to billing.
• Purchasing o Working with vendors, distribution, telco and third party partners for purchasing, scheduling, tracking and fulfillment. o Working with professional services team, project management team and customers to understand timeline expectations and to provide on-going status updates throughout.
• Contract Administration
• Accurate entry and updates of End to End client agreement structures. • Updates to End to End project documents as required for Client Services activities.
• Liaison between sales, sales support, operations and finance teams for order fulfilment and contract administration activities.
• Provide and follow-up on transactional quotes to customers including annual Contract renewals.
