Order Management Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for coordinating sales, managing orders, providing sales support, and handling administrative tasks, with a focus on the steel or automotive industry. Your role will involve supply chain management, including coordination with warehouse logistics, utilizing ERP systems, and managing SCM documentation. Additionally, you will be expected to build and maintain strong customer relationships, address customer needs and inquiries, and provide effective solutions to problems. Demonstrating a strong understanding of automotive steel products and applications will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate sales activities, manage orders, and provide sales support - Handle administrative tasks related to sales operations - Manage supply chain processes, including coordination with warehouse logistics - Utilize ERP systems and maintain SCM documentation - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers - Address customer needs, inquiries, and provide solutions to problems - Demonstrate strong knowledge of automotive steel products and applications Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales coordination, order management, sales support, or administrative roles, preferably within the steel or automotive industry - Supply chain experience, preferably in the Steel industry - Knowledge of coordination with warehouse logistics - Familiarity with ERP systems and SCM documentation - 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management Kindly share your resumes on alpa.jain@persolapac.com,
