Job Title: Order Fulfillment Operations/Executive

Location: Onsite, Mundka, New Delhi

Salary: Up to ₹8,00,000 per annum

Job Description:

As an Order Fulfillment Operations/Executive at Scrubsy, you'll be responsible for managing our daily order lifecycle and warehouse operations at our Mundka, New Delhi site. You will handle inbound shipments, direct a small fulfillment team, coordinate with couriers, monitor order processing and packing, and resolve operational bottlenecks to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily order fulfillment, packing, shipping, and inventory accuracy

- Manage warehouse and shipping staff to meet delivery timelines

- Monitor real-time order flow and address processing delays

- Ensure compliance with packaging standards and shipping labels

- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups and delivery issues

- Drive process improvements for speed, cost, and customer satisfaction

- Use order management tools/platforms for analytics and reporting

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for supply chain and inventory management

- Troubleshoot shipping issues and manage returns/refunds

Mandatory Pre-Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse/shipping operations (please specify number when applying)

- Experience with D2C brands, e-commerce fulfillment, or FMCG logistics preferred

- Proficient with order management platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Shiprocket, etc. a plus)

- Strong organizational and team management skills

- Ability to work onsite at our Mundka, New Delhi facility

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹66,666.67 per month
