Our Experience Centre features Signature Artworks across multiple Indian art forms with a focus on design innovation. At Baaya, design meets purpose; each project helps preserve heritage and support artisan communities across India.

Our Experience Centre and studio is based in Mumbai (Lower Parel).

We are looking for an Order Fulfillment - Executive as part of the Production team to deliver the requirements for projects.

Responsibilities:

• On-site delivery and installation
• Coordinate project logistics, packing and packaging
• Warehouse supervision, stock, and inventory maintenance
• Any other related requirement that may be given to you
• Own day-to-day supplier communication—RFQs, follow-ups, delivery schedules, and issue resolution—to ensure on-time supply.
• Create and release accurate Purchase Orders as per approved quotes/scope, ensuring correct specs, quantities, rates, taxes, and delivery terms.
• Verify vendor invoices against PO, flag discrepancies, and route for timely approvals and payment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management 2 years minimum, preferably in the field of Order Fulfillment
• Strong understanding of inward-outward processes and inventory control systems
• Experience in managing and supervising vendor teams or on-ground labour
• Effective communication skills for coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams
• Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and perform well under pressure
