About the Role We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Production Executive to manage daily warehouse and production activities. This includes stock management, vendor coordination, and supervising on-ground operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage stock-taking and maintain accurate records of inward and outward material movement. Supervise ongoing production activities in the warehouse and ensure daily targets are met. Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery and with logistics partners for dispatches. Guide and supervise the Vendor workforce to ensure smooth daily operations. Prepare and share regular stock reports with the management. Any other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse or stock management Strong understanding of inward-outward processes and inventory control systems Experience in managing and supervising vendor teams or on-ground labour Effective communication skills for coordination with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams Proficiency in Google Sheets; familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERP software is a plus Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure How to Apply: Please submit your resume, cover letter, and a portfolio of your work to.
