We’re expanding our academic and corporate training vertical and are looking for an experienced Oracle Trainer to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in Oracle ERP / Oracle Cloud / Oracle Financials / Oracle Database Administration who can deliver interactive, industry-aligned training sessions to students and working professionals. The trainer will be responsible for designing engaging course material, delivering sessions, and guiding learners toward practical competency.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions on Oracle modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, DBA, or Technical as per expertise).
• Develop customized training content, exercises, and assessments.
• Mentor students through real-world case studies and project work.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and certifications.
• Coordinate with the academic and placement teams to ensure learner success.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle implementation, consulting, or training.
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite or Oracle Fusion/Cloud applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Relevant Oracle Certification(s) preferred.
• Ability to train both beginners and advanced professionals.
