We Are Hiring !!!!!!!150% Onsite work!!!!!!!!!

Key Responsibilities:

Lead
end-to-end implementation
of Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM modules including
Payroll, Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Performance Management
, and others.
Provide expertise in implementing and supporting
Oracle HCM applications
.
Configure and manage HCM modules such as
Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC
, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure
delivery of end-to-end business processes
.
Coordinate between
onsite and offshore teams
for smooth project execution.
Develop and maintain strong communication with stakeholders at all levels, from
executives to technical specialists
.
Utilize excellent
organizational and problem-solving skills
to develop and adapt action plans effectively.
Provide hands-on support in
HCM module implementation and issue resolution
.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Engineering or Computer Science
.
4+ years of experience
in Oracle HCM EBS/Fusion applications.
Proven experience in
end-to-end implementation
of HCM modules.
Strong knowledge of
Payroll, Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, ORC
, and related modules.
Excellent
communication, relationship-building, and coordination skills
.
Strong
organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
.
Hands-on experience in
onsite-offshore work management
.
