Oracle Project Manager

As an experienced Oracle EBS Implementation Project Manager, your role will involve leading and managing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) implementation projects. Your responsibilities will include: - Lead and manage Oracle EBS implementation projects from initiation to completion. - Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including technical, functional, and business stakeholders. - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. - Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. - Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Manage project resources, including internal teams and external vendors. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards. - Facilitate project meetings and workshops. - Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. Qualifications required for this role include: - Degree in computer science/ IT/ electronics/ electrical engineering from a recognized university - Post graduation (MBA/ PGDBM) - Minimum 15 years of total work experience including minimum 10 years of relevant project manager experience in Oracle ERP (EBS Suite) / EBS implementations. - Should have worked as a Project Manager for minimum Two large projects of System Integration preferably with Central / State Govt. / Private Organizations. - In-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite modules and functionalities. - Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Willingness to travel as required. Please note that this is a project manager role, not an Oracle functional consultant role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, extensive experience managing Oracle EBS projects with implementation experience, and a proven track record of successful project delivery.
