The ideal candidate should have delivered at least two full-cycle implementations and possess a solid understanding of end-to-end HR and payroll processes.
Required Skills
6+ years of experience as an Oracle HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant.Mandatory experience in minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations.Strong understanding of Core HR, Payroll, SSHR, OAB, Time & Labor, and India/US/UK payroll statutory setups (as applicable).Expertise in Fast Formulas, Payroll Run processes, Costing, Balances, Retro-Pay, Retro-Notifications, and Element configurations.Ability to work on functional documentation (MD50, BP80, BR100).Good knowledge of integrations with financials and third-party HR/payroll systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex payroll issues.Preferred Skills
Experience in Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll (added advantage).Exposure to Agile delivery methodology.Good communication skills and the ability to work with global teams.EducationBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related field.Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver Oracle HRMS Payroll implementations, enhancements, and support activities.Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders and translate needs into functional designs.Configure HR, Payroll, Fast Formulas, Elements, Balances, and related modules based on business requirements.Perform end-to-end setups including payroll definitions, pay elements, retro-pay configurations, and statutory compliance.Prepare MD50 functional design documents, test scripts, and contribute to SIT/UAT cycles.Troubleshoot payroll run issues, balance discrepancies, retro pay issues, and support monthly/annual payroll activities.Coordinate with technical teams for RICE components, data migration, and integrations with third-party systems.Conduct CRP, UAT walkthroughs, and end-user training sessions.Support go-live, hypercare, and transition to steady-state operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams within Oracle to ensure smooth project delivery.Qualifications
