Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead

Requirements

• At least 10-plus years of HCM domain experience with at least 3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM projects in modules like Core HCM, Absence, Benefits and Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Performance, Learning, and Training.
• Should have at least 5 plus years of proven hands-on experience in the implementation of core modules of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
• Should have Team Lead/ Project Lead experience in managing stakeholders and internal team members.
• Should have Production Support Experience in resolving tickets using tools like SNOW, Jira, or Remedy.
• Should be aware of Year-end support, applying patches / providing analysis on patches, and working closely with users.
• Should have worked on Agile methodology in executing daily work.
• Should have expertise in understanding business requirements, creating functional specifications, Mapping requirements, and performing fit-gap analysis.
• Providing Hypercare Support Post Go Live, Providing Application Support /Upgrade Support/ any Enhancement work to deliver to the client.
• Should possess excellent communication skills and perform a front-facing role.
• Should have experience in providing estimation for given work and working with the technical team in sharing the requirements.
• Any HCM Cloud certification would be desirable.
• Oracle HRMS and Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead with 10+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology, or equivalent.
