Job Description

Location: Work from Office (WFH based on performance)
Experience: 10+ years IT, 4+ years HCM Cloud functional
Strong Oracle EBS HR/Payroll experience preferred
Must have 2+ onsite HCM Cloud implementations (Global HR, Payroll, Talent, WFM)
Payroll implementation is mandatory; Fast Formula knowledge is an advantage
Strong expertise in HCM modules like GHR, Payroll, Comp, Benefits, Recruiting, Performance
Must handle Cloud Monthly/Quarterly Updates
Experience in support projects & working against SLAs
Ability to design solutions with pros/cons where standard features fall short
Strong client-facing experience (RFPs, SOW, client demos)
Excellent communication, analytical & stakeholder management skills
Experience in team leadership & delivering complex HCM solutions
Participation in Presales (Solutioning, Effort estimation, Resource planning)
Must be ready for onsite travel to Doha, Qatar whenever required
Preferred Location: Pune / Hyderabad + Open for Doha, Qatar onsite
Notice Period: Immediate / 15 Days
