Oracle HCM Analyst

As a Junior IT Support Analyst (Oracle HCM) located in New Delhi, you will be a valuable member of our global IT help desk team, providing Tier 1 technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications. Your role will involve guiding end-users through system navigation, documenting and managing support tickets, and contributing to our knowledge base. If you possess strong communication skills, a basic understanding of Oracle HCM, and a passion for expanding your technical knowledge, we are excited to have you on board. Key Responsibilities: - Provide Tier 1 technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications via phone, email, and chat. - Guide end-users step-by-step through system navigation and standard operational flows. - Document, track, and manage support tickets using our IT service management (ITSM) tool. - Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support specialists as required. - Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are essential. - Demonstrable end-user experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Fusion HCM. - A strong customer-service orientation and a patient, helpful demeanor. - The ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical concepts in simple terms. - A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to build a technical career and learn Oracle systems from the ground up.,
