About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join our global IT help desk as Junior IT Support Analysts. This is an exceptional entry-point for a career in enterprise software, offering you the chance to build a deep, practical understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud by supporting end-users. You will be the first point of contact, troubleshooting issues and guiding users through core HCM processes. If you have strong communication skills, a basic familiarity with Oracle HCM, and a desire to grow your technical expertise, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1 technical support for Oracle HCM Cloud applications via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user inquiries related to payroll, time and labor, benefits, employee profiles, and other HCM modules.
• Guide end-users step-by-step through system navigation and standard operational flows.
• Document, track, and manage support tickets using our IT service management (ITSM) tool.
• Escalate complex technical issues to Tier 2 support specialists as needed.
• Contribute to the knowledge base by creating and updating support articles.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Demonstrable end-user experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud, or Fusion HCM (e.g., using the system for HR-related tasks in a previous role).
• A strong customer-service orientation and a patient, helpful demeanor.
• The ability to quickly learn new software and explain technical concepts in simple terms.
• A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to build a technical career and learn Oracle systems from the ground up.
