Oracle Fusion Security & Risk Management Consultant

• Should have at-least 5+ years experience
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion SaaS Security Architecture and Controls.
• Hands-on experience with Risk Management Cloud (RMC) modules: AAC (Advanced Access Controls), AFC (Advanced Financial Controls), FRC (Financial Reporting Compliance), Access Certification
• Proficient in RBAC (Role-Based Access Control) design and implementation.
• Expertise in handling SoD (Segregation of Duties) conflicts, resolution, and role customization.
• Experience working with Risk Control Matrix (RCM) – assessing risks and creating RMC controls to remediate business process risks.
• Exposure to quarterly patch upgrades for RMC modules.
• Ability to collaborate with audit, compliance, and business teams to ensure governance and security standards.

Good to Have:

• Oracle EBS R12 GRC Applications experience (AACG, TCG, PCG, CCG).
• Knowledge of SOX compliance, ITGC controls, and internal controls.
• Experience in internal/external audits.
• Hands-on with employee data loads from HRMS/HCM systems and HDL Data Loads.
• Familiarity with IAM (Identity Access Management) and SSO configuration.
