Job Description

Work on Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Learning, Payroll, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) modules
Configure and support HR Help Desk (HRHD) functionalities and workflows
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional design documents
Perform system configurations, testing, and provide functional support during UAT and post-go-live
Support process improvement initiatives and deliver continuous enhancements in HCM modules
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, OTBI Reports, and Fast Formulas
Work on Data Conversion and Data Migration activities from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion HCM using HDL, HSDL, and Spreadsheet Loader
Design and develop Integrations using OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HCM integrations and data flow
Ensure compliance with Oracle best practices, security, and data privacy guidelines
