Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.).
Customize and configure Oracle Fusion HCM to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and document business processe
Manage day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Oracle HCM modules.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Develop and generate reports using BI Publisher, OTBI, or other tools as required.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion HCM updates, new features, and best practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Oracle Fusion HCM certification (preferred)
Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and Absence Management.
Proficient in tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and HDL.
Strong understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and web service integrations (SOAP/REST).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
