Mandatory Skills- Core HR, UAE Payroll, Fast Formula. (Minimum 2+ implementations)

Required skills-

Technical expertise:
Deep knowledge of specific Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Absence Management, Benefits, and Time & Labor.

Functional knowledge:
A strong understanding of HR business processes and how to map them to Oracle HCM functionality.
Analytical skills:
Ability to analyze business requirements and problem-solve complex functional issues.

Communication skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and team members.

Project experience:
Experience in leading or participating in the full lifecycle of an Oracle Fusion HCM implementation.
