Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR Consultant (Mid-Level, Offshore)

  • Configure and manage

    Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR

    modules, including workforce structures, employment models, and person management.
  • Perform setups for

    Enterprise structures, Legal entities, Business units, Jobs, Positions, Grades

    , and

    Departments

    .
  • Support

    data loads and validations

    using HDL, HSDL, and spreadsheets.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for

    integrations, reports, and conversions

    related to Core HR.
  • Assist with

    testing cycles

    including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions.
  • Support

    security configuration

    ,

    role-based access control

    , and user provisioning in Fusion HCM.
  • Prepare

    functional design documents (FDs)

    and

    configuration workbooks

    .
  • Collaborate with global teams and provide production support during hyper care and stabilization phases.
  • Stay current with Oracle quarterly updates (Release 24D/25A, etc.) and assess impacts on Core HR processes.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 4 to 7 years of total experience with

    at least 3 years in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR

    .
  • Strong understanding of HCM concepts: enterprise structure, employment lifecycle, worker types, and person data model.
  • Hands-on experience with

    HCM Data Loader (HDL)

    and

    HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader (HSDL)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Fast Formulas

    ,

    Workforce Structures

    , and

    Approval Workflows (BPM)

    .
  • Familiarity with

    Absence Management, OTL, or Payroll

    is an added advantage.
  • Experience working in

    offshore delivery models

    with distributed teams.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Oracle Fusion HCM certification preferred but not mandatory.

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to

    Core HR integrations

    (Oracle Integration Cloud, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Knowledge of

    HCM Extracts

    ,

    BI Publisher

    OTBI reports

  • Experience supporting

    multiple Fusion environments

    (DEV, TEST, PROD).
  • Familiarity with

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or any equivalent.
  • MBA in HR or equivalent.
