Role Overview

Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of

  Department Trees

  and

  BIP-based approval workflows

  in Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable HCM configurations.
• Drive end-to-end project execution, including planning, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all HCM modules.
• Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using

  BI Publisher

  and

  OTBI

  .
• Provide expert-level support and training to HR teams and end-users.
• Stay current with Oracle HCM Cloud updates and lead change management initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience

  with Oracle Fusion HCM, including Core HR, Approvals, and Reporting.
• Proven expertise in configuring and managing

  Department Trees

  and

  BIP Approval workflows

  .
• Strong understanding of HCM data models, security roles, and business processes.
• Experience in managing full lifecycle HCM implementations and upgrades.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification(s).
• Experience with

• Familiarity with global HR compliance and data privacy regulations.
