Job Description

HCM Technical/Functional/Techno Functional Consultant

HCM Technical/Functional/Techno Functional

Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as Oracle HCM
Technical/Functional/Techno Functional
Consultant with expertise in
HCM Modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management modules, Time & Labor, Health & Safety and HR Help Desk (at least 3 modules working experience is mandatory).
Hands-on experience working on Fusion & exposure to EBS.
Should have expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions.
Expertise in Writing/Debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
Possess strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.
Time – Immediate to 15 days
Role - Fulltime
Mode - In office, Hybrid, Remote

The Ideal candidate should be able to provide strong leadership to develop best practices for effective Techno functional support for the enterprise business process area.
