Job Description

Tasks: Designs, develops, and maintains reports and interactive dashboards using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and BI Publisher to provide business insights from Oracle HCM data.

Key responsibilities : include gathering requirements, building ETL pipelines, creating visualizations, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical expertise to business users. Strong SQL/PL/SQL skills, knowledge of HCM data structures, and experience with Oracle Cloud reporting tools are essential.

Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC): For developing and delivering dashboards

BI Publisher: For creating pixel-perfect reports.

Oracle HCM Cloud: The source of the data being analyzed.

SQL/PL/SQL: For data manipulation and querying.
