Oracle Fusion ERP - Procurement Engineer

Role Overview: As an Oracle Fusion ERP Procurement Developer at R1 RCM Inc., you will be responsible for providing end user support for Security, Business Process Approval Workflow, Oracle Fusion ERP FBDI templates, and Reporting. Your role will involve developing an understanding of the current state process, making future state recommendations, and aligning business requirements with best practices to implement technical solutions. Collaboration with other teams and individuals will be essential as you work as a key member of the team. Key Responsibilities: - Support and manage accounting functions in Oracle ERP - Develop BI Reporting at the Development level - Proficiency in SQL to perform tasks effectively - Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical specifications - Design and customize Oracle Fusion ERP applications to meet business needs - Improve processes and perform system configurations, enhancements, and integrations with other applications - Conduct testing and validation of system changes - Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders - Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion ERP features and best practices - Mentor others and have a good understanding of Service Oriented Architecture, Web services, and distributed system configurations Qualifications Required: - Minimum 5 years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud ERP Procurement - BS or BA degree in Business, Technology, or an equivalent degree Additional Details: Working at R1 RCM Inc. provides the opportunity to utilize your expertise in the evolving healthcare setting.
