Required Experience: 8 years+Job DescriptionAs an Oracle Fusion ERP Admin/Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in implementing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Financials applications to meet the financial management needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities:- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial management processes, requirements, and pain points.- Solution Design: Develop functional designs and solutions leveraging Oracle Fusion Financials modules.- Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize Oracle Fusion Financials applications based on business requirements.- Testing: Develop and execute test plans to validate functionality.- Data Migration: Oversee financial data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Financials.- User Training: Train end-users on Oracle Fusion Financials applications.- Support and Troubleshooting: Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues.Required Skills:- Oracle Fusion Financials: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Financials modules, configuration, customization, and integration.- Technical Skills: Knowledge of Oracle tools like Application Composer, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), and Oracle Financial Reporting Studio.- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, principles, and best practices.- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.- Certifications: Oracle certifications are a plus.- Experience: Prior experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant or similar ERP implementation roles.If interested plz share your resume.#OracleFusion #ERP #OTBI #Oraclefinancialreporting #oraclefusionfinancials
