Experience: 8 - 15 years Employment Type: Freelancer Location : Any Work Mode : WFH Job Title: Freelance Oracle Fusion Technical Developer – Interview Panel SME Job Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Developer to join our expert interview panel on a freelance basis. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will be responsible for evaluating candidates applying for Oracle Fusion technical roles by conducting in-depth technical interviews. Your insights will play a critical role in ensuring that we identify and select top-tier talent for our clients. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive technical interviews for candidates applying to Oracle Fusion Technical Developer roles. Review resumes and assess candidates’ technical competencies, project experience, and problem-solving skills. Formulate and ask scenario-based and role-specific questions aligned with Oracle Fusion modules and integrations. Evaluate candidates' understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, technical design, APIs, integrations, and data migration. Provide clear, objective interview feedback and scoring based on standardized evaluation criteria. Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to enhance interview frameworks and create a robust question bank. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Oracle Fusion trends, updates, and best practices. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Developer , including expertise in technical components such as PaaS extensions, Web Services, APIs, Fast Formulas, and data migration tools (FBDI, ADFDI). Prior experience in conducting interviews or being part of a technical hiring panel. Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture, security model, and cloud deployment strategies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver clear feedback and assessments. Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (OIC, SOAP/REST, etc.) and performance tuning. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or related certifications in Oracle Cloud/Fusion. Prior experience in consulting or working with IT services companies. Experience in mentoring or training junior Oracle developers or consultants. Knowledge of multi-pillar Oracle Cloud environments (e.g., HCM, Finance, SCM).
