Your role will involve working closely with various business functions like Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Order Management, Finance, and Customer Service. As part of the IT organization in Poland, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving ERP platform issues globally, leading operational tasks, and collaborating with technical teams and business users. Your key responsibilities will include: - Analyzing and resolving ERP platform issues using functional and technical expertise - Leading operational tasks and coordinating cross-functional IT teams - Collaborating with technical teams and business users for incident resolution and problem management - Supporting Oracle ERP implementations, including API-based conversions and configuration tasks - Creating SQL scripts, maintaining documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts To excel in this role, you should have: - Three plus years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite version 12.2.2 or greater - Technical knowledge in ERP EBS modules like Order management, Financials, Logistics, Manufacturing - Knowledge of ITIL guiding principles and expertise in ITSM Additionally, previous experience in IT or software certifications would be a plus.
