About The Role
Required Skills & Experience

Technical and functional expertise in Oracle EBS HRMS/Payroll and Benefits modules.

Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll processespre-payments, costing, retro pay, BEE, year-end processing.

Strong knowledge of Benefits administrationplan setup, enrollment, life event processing, and reporting.

Proficiency in Fast Formulas, Payroll Balance Adjustments, Element configuration, and Benefit plan design.

Strong technical skillsSQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and Interfaces.

Knowledge of integrations with third-party benefit providers.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
