Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to the development team. Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Oracle HRMS Configuration: Configure and customize Oracle HRMS modules to meet business requirements. Implement and maintain HRMS configurations, including setup and parameterization. Development: Utilize Java, Angular/React, and other relevant technologies to develop custom solutions and enhancements. Design, develop, test, and deploy applications within the HRMS environment. Integration: Implement Service Oriented Architecture SoA principles to integrate HRMS with other enterprise systems. Develop and maintain interfaces between HRMS and external systems. Database Management: Utilize Oracle Database and SQL expertise to optimize HRMS data storage and retrieval. Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts for data manipulation and reporting purposes. Requirements: Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Developer in Oracle HRMS configuration. Proficiency in Java, Angular/React, SoA principles, Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL. Strong understanding of HRMS functionality and configuration options. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues. Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle HRMS certification or relevant professional certifications.
