Role Overview

Oracle EBS Financials Consultant

remote, contract position

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle EBS Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues.
  • Support month-end and year-end finance close processes.
  • Deliver minor enhancements, configuration changes, and patch testing.
  • Liaise with finance users and IT teams to capture requirements and translate them into solutions.
  • Produce documentation, including functional specifications, test scripts, and user guides.
  • Support integration points with other ERP modules and external systems.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Hands-on experience with

    Oracle EBS Financials (R12)

    modules (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management).
  • Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
  • Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting EBS Financials in a production environment.
  • Ability to gather requirements, document solutions, and manage small change requests.
  • SQL/PLSQL knowledge desirable but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Prior experience in a support or enhancement role preferred.

    USD $100 per day (contract basis)
