Oracle E-Business Suite Techno-Functional Consultant (HRMS/Payroll/SSHR)


Remote | Contract (30 Man-Days per Year)

Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant


Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in HRMS, Payroll, SSHR & custom integrations.
  • Maintain and enhance reports, workflows, forms, PL/SQL objects, and OAF pages.
  • Manage payroll costing, Fast Formulas, and GL transfers.
  • Support self-service functionalities (SSHR workflows, approvals, notifications).
  • Conduct patch analysis, testing, and impact assessment.
  • Handle minor CRs: reports, forms, OAF extensions, DB objects.
  • Raise and manage Oracle SRs with Oracle Support.

    • Requirements

    ✅ 7+ years’ experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS/Payroll/SSHR).

    ✅ Strong techno-functional expertise (PL/SQL, Reports, Workflows, OAF).

    ✅ Hands-on with Payroll Fast Formulas & Costing.

    ✅ Experience with patch testing & impact assessment.

    ✅ Strong communication & client-facing skills.
