Data & CDP Operations – Has knowledge of Oracle CX Unity specifically and CDP principles in general. Knows how to manage Oracle Unity data flows, enrichment, and segmentation to support ongoing personalization and reporting needs.
Data analysis skills: be able to investigate data issues on CXU side, identify data differences between CXU/BI/SF by having experience with data comparison (Power BI/SQL/excel if needed but not ideal)
Salesforce Alignment – have basic knowledge of SFDC – data model, support data validation, mapping, data schema model etc.. Salesforce is an important source for CXU and therefore having some prior knowledge on Salesforce is a plus.
Campaign & Marketing Automation Management – have basic knowledge of Marketing automation tools, ideally experience with Eloqua and its interaction options with CXU
Cross-Team Collaboration – Act as the point of contact for Marketing and IT teams to resolve operational issues.
