About the Role:

Oracle Customer Data Management (CDM) Consultant


Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Implementation:

    Lead and execute Oracle CDM implementations, ensuring smooth deployment and integration across systems.
  • Solution Architecture:

    Design and architect scalable solutions involving Oracle

    Sales Cloud, B2B Service, Enterprise Contracts, Subscription Management

    , or relevant

    SCM modules

    .
  • Customer Engagement:

    Conduct workshops, lead client discussions, and translate business requirements into system designs and configurations.
  • Configuration & Customization:

    Perform detailed configuration, customization, and enhancements for CDM modules, including

    deduplication, enrichment, and integration management

    .
  • Integration Management:

    Develop and manage

    inbound and outbound CDM integrations

    using

    REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and SQL queries

    .
  • Team Leadership:

    Mentor and guide junior consultants and developers, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Documentation:

    Prepare

    technical and functional design documents

    , mapping business requirements to Oracle CDM capabilities.
  • Release Management:

    Stay updated with Oracle Cloud’s periodic releases, evaluate new features, and adopt best practices.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5–8 years of total experience, with

    at least 2 Oracle CDM implementation projects

    involving complex integrations.
  • Strong understanding of

    TCA (Trading Community Architecture)

    .
  • Hands-on experience in

    deduplication, enrichment, and CDM data quality processes

    .
  • Expertise in

    REST APIs, Groovy scripting, and SQL queries

    .
  • Ability to independently handle

    design, configuration, and customization

    tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
