Hiring: Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Remote)

Oracle Cloud/Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Key Requirements:

7+ years of domain experience in HCM
Minimum 3 end-to-end HCM implementations (at least 2 with HCM Cloud)
Expertise in
one or more modules
(along with Core HR):

US Payroll
Helpdesk
Benefits
OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Deep understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow
Strong client-facing experience: requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, and go-live
Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
Strong problem-solving, influencing, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
