Job Description

Job Title: Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning ConsultantLocation: RemoteDuration: Long Term

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Supply Chain Planning Specialist with expertise in ASCP (Advanced Supply Chain Planning), Supply and Production Planning, and Oracle Cloud Planning modules. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in aligning supply with demand, optimizing production schedules, and enhancing overall supply chain efficiency. Experience with Oracle Demantra is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud Supply Planning and Production Planning solutions.
Develop and manage supply and production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing inventory.
Work with cross-functional teams (planning, procurement, manufacturing, sales) to ensure alignment of supply and production plans.
Utilize Oracle ASCP to generate constrained and unconstrained plans.
Monitor and improve forecast accuracy, supply responsiveness, and on-time delivery metrics.
Support integrations between Oracle Cloud modules (Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement).
Conduct gap analysis, document business processes, and recommend enhancements.
Provide training and support to business users on Oracle Cloud Planning tools.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure data consistency.
Optional: Leverage Oracle Demantra for advanced demand forecasting if applicable.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, IT, or related field.
Experience in Oracle ASCP, Oracle Cloud Supply Planning, or Production Planning.
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand/supply balancing, MRP, and capacity planning.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud SCM modules (especially Planning Central, Supply Planning, and Manufacturing).
Proficient in analyzing planning data, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing corrective actions.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Good to have: Experience with Oracle Demantra for demand forecasting.
