Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications Consultant with 5-10 years of hands-on expertise in Supply Chain Planning modules. The ideal candidate will have strong functional knowledge across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and related areas, with proven experience in cloud upgrade, lift-and-shift, and support projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Planning modules including:

  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Sales and Operations Planning
  • Replenishment Planning
  • Backlog Management
  • GOP (Global Order Promising)
  • Supply Chain Collaboration
  • Production Scheduling
  • Inventory
  • Manufacturing
  • Procurement
  • Order Management

  • Participate in Oracle Fusion SCM cloud upgrade, lift and shift, and support projects.
  • Understand and translate client requirements into functional specifications and system configurations.
  • Develop process flows, data flow diagrams, requirement documents, user training, and onboarding materials.
  • Deliver timely resolution of issues, monitor SLA and KPI targets, and work proactively to reduce recurring application issues.
  • Generate ad hoc reports to assess application health and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct Unit Testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with business users to obtain sign-off.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure client requests and issues are resolved within SLAs.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications experience focused on Supply Chain Planning modules.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise structures, Order Management (OM), GOP, work centers, demand and supply planning setups, and resource/item configuration in Fusion SCM.
  • Proven experience in upgrades, migrations, and support of Oracle Fusion SCM cloud environments.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience preparing functional documentation and conducting end-user training.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage client expectations effectively.
