Role- Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

Location-Bangalore & Kochi

Work Mode- Hybrid

Modules- Compensation/Benefits/Talent Management

Preferred candidate profile

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant

Modules-Compensation/Benefits/Talent Management (mandatory any 1)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in formulating system strategy and gathering business requirements for Oracle Compensation/Benefits/Talent Management.
Lead fit-gap analysis, defining both current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes.
Cultivate and maintain business and vendor relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Anticipate client/project needs and develop alternative solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Reports OTBI & BI Publisher
US client consulting experience.
Oracle Cloud Certified Implementation Professional.
