Role & responsibilities

Skill :

Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules Core HR, Benefits, Performance, Recruitment
Experience with Implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM
Understanding of Business requirements, Challenges & Ability to provide Solutions, Presenting value proposition

JD:

Lead Pre-Sales with focus on Oracle HCM Cloud – Core HR, Talent Management, Benefits, T&L, Workforce Management
Understand customer requirements and present Solutions/POV
Own Response to RFP, RFI
SME on HCM modules
Prepare and delivery Product Demos, POCs and solution presentations
Support GTM initiatives
Collaborate with Sales/Vertical Team
