Position Title: Oracle HCM Technical/Functional Consultant

Experience Required: Technical

• Proficient in Oracle HCM with expertise in Core HR and Oracle Recruitment Cloud
• Expert in reporting tools like BIP, OIC, and OTBI with hands-on experience in

customizations and configurations.

• Knowledgeable in Outbound and Inbound Integrations, and Rest API
• Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Experience Required: Functional

• Proficient in Oracle HCM with expertise in Core HR, Oracle Recruitment Cloud,

and Talent Management (working experience in these modules is mandatory).

• Knowledgeable in Oracle HCM implementations and enhancements.
