Oracle Cloud Finance Consultant

The consultant will be part of the ERP Benelux team, which is part of the larger ERP EMEA Consulting organization.

The Lead Consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and will be responsible for the design and configuration of their cloud solution to ensure a seamless implementation.

You will:

• Lead the solution design and implementation aspects of Oracle Cloud ERP Financials implementations, ensuring high quality delivery within constraints of time and budget.
• Analyse business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer’s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
• Act as the team lead on projects, also providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to develop skills of other team members.
• Collaborate closely with other Oracle departments (e.g., development, sales, support)
• Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
• Collaborate with the (consulting) sales team by providing domain expertise.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of Oracle ERP experience relevant to this position, including consulting experience. Oracle ERP Cloud experience is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch; proficiency in English.
• Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing business.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
