Job Description

Role** C2M Expert – Functional and Technical Required Technical Skill Set** Oracle C2M Experience Range** 5+ years Location: Kolkata Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency) Must-Have** 5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc. Experience in Config tool such as BO, MO, UI Map, Business script, Service Script, BPA script, Zones and Portals Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points Experience in Solution Design and support Good communication Skills Good-to-Have Functional Knowledge on utility industry Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers Stakeholder Management Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Oracle C2M/ CC&B and MDM Solution Design, development and support 2 Testing execution 3 Stakeholder Management Show more Show less
